Terms of Service

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We require a deposit to secure your reservation, with the balance due before the start of your trip. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip are non-refundable.

Liability

Wild Amor Safaris is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your trip. We recommend that all travelers have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Code of Conduct

We expect all travelers to respect local cultures, wildlife, and the environment. Any behavior that is deemed disrespectful or harmful may result in removal from the trip without refund.
